I always get my haircut here. Now with the $9.99, I can cut it more often - usually Cindy cuts it for me. They keep track of your previous haircut style and it's pretty efficient. Pretty good cuts I must say.

This is the only place I've gotten haircuts in Irvine for the 4.5 years I've been here. Binh is a pro if you're a guy who likes spiked hair. Everyone else has been very good as well. I think out of the 30-40 times I've been here, only twice did I not like my haircut.
