Kaya has an extremely generous selection of side dishes. By the time one samples all of them, it may be too late for the main entree. Unlike other Korean restaurants I have been to, the sides dishes are graciously replaced as quickly as they are eaten. The combo meals are generous in portion and is sizzling. While these things can be ordered al la carte, it best to get the combo to have the full Kaya experience. The soup is very delicious. It was served extremely hot, which is how it should be done. For the meat entree, they give you a generous portion served on a sizzling hot plate. I will admit that the staff gets confused sometimes, but the food and atmosphere totally make up for it.

The whole team has eaten at Kaya and they said that the food was the best KBBQ they've tried in Irvine. Delicious panchan, soup, and BBQ. Highly recommended, especially with affordable prices (with the coupon of course!).
